Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Simdex ("the Service"), operated at simdexapp.com by Simdex ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use Simdex.

By accessing or using Simdex, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use Simdex on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at simdexapp@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Simdex is not a wallet, exchange, broker, or financial advisor. We provide market data, scoring signals, and portfolio visibility tools. We do not custody funds, execute trades on your behalf, or provide investment advice.

When you connect a Phantom wallet, Simdex reads your public wallet address and on-chain data. We never request your private keys or seed phrase. Any transaction you execute through a connected wallet is between you and the blockchain -- Simdex facilitates the interface, not the transaction.

Crypto assets are volatile and risky. Token scores, rankings, confidence bands, and risk labels displayed on Simdex are algorithmic outputs, not recommendations. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

Simdex offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout).

Billing. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Price changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that period expires.

Refunds. We do not offer automatic refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, email us at simdexapp@gmail.com and we will review your case on an individual basis.

Simdex token rooms are shared spaces. When you post a message, other users in that room can see it. You are responsible for what you post.

You agree not to:

Post financial advice, guaranteed returns, or misleading claims about token performance.

Coordinate pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, or any form of market manipulation.

Harass, threaten, doxx, or target other users.

Post spam, phishing links, malware, or scam promotions.

Impersonate Simdex staff, other users, or project teams.

Post content that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice. Repeated violations result in permanent termination.

The Simdex name, logo, UI design, scoring algorithms, and all original content on simdexapp.com are the intellectual property of Simdex. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

Content you post in token rooms remains yours, but you grant Simdex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content within the Service as needed to operate the platform.

You agree not to:

Use Simdex for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our infrastructure.

Scrape, crawl, or extract data from Simdex through automated means without our written consent.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including introducing malware, overloading servers, or exploiting vulnerabilities.

Use the Service to launder money or finance illegal activity.

Your use of Simdex is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Simdex may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.

Market data displayed on Simdex comes from third-party sources (DEX Screener, on-chain data providers). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simdex and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

Trading losses or missed opportunities based on data, scores, or signals displayed on Simdex.

Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials.

Loss of data, wallet funds, or digital assets.

Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in third-party data.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Simdex in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simdex, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

By you. You can delete your account at any time. Active paid subscriptions should be cancelled before account deletion to avoid further charges.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activity, or if required by law. In the event of termination for cause, you are not entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (liability, indemnification, IP, dispute resolution) remain in effect after your account is closed.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve it by contacting us at simdexapp@gmail.com. We will work in good faith to address your concern within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, any legal action will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the United States. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where Simdex operates.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you by email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use of Simdex after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
